Ritz Carlton, DIFC

Good day to all of you! We hope you are extremely well. We had the pleasure of being invited for a nice cup of coffee at the beautiful Ritz Carlton, Dubai recently. It was a Tuesday morning, the sun was shining and one could feel the change of weather already.

Everybody seemed to be relaxed on the roads and smiled from car to car. The radio played up beat music and for the first time in a long time, a valet parker greeted us with a smile and actually wished a good morning. It is very rare that people are in a great mode in the morning, especially when you worked in the night shift all night long, or had the morning shift on a busy day.

The entire staff at the Ritz Carlton however, from the door man to the waiter in the lounge were super friendly, in a great mode and demonstrated one of the best customer – service – oriented attitudes we have seen in Dubai.

What a fantastic start into a extraordinary day we thought while sipping on our Cappuccino and spooned out the last bit of perfectly steamed milk foam. The beautiful décor, the relaxed and delicate atmosphere and the superb service were additional add on’s to our experience. We would like to thank the whole team for such a great couple of hours at the Ritz Carlton, Dubai.
