Park Hyatt – Ramadan Kareem in Abu Dhabi

Dear followers,

one week to go and the holy month of Ramadan is over.

Looking for a weekend escape from the buzzing city of Dubai or you are a Abu Dhabi residence and look for a calm and classy place to celebrate Ramadan with family and friends? Come and celebrate Ramadan at the Park!

The Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi opened its doors in November 2011.

The breath taking hotel features 306 rooms, a stylish spa and gym area including a tennis court overlooking the natural white beach of Saadiyat Island as well as 3 very interesting and individual restaurants.

Enjoy Ramadan for the first time on Saadiyat Island and spend your time with family and friends in the

breathtaking setting of the Park Hyatt.

About 25 minutes from Abu Dhabi Corniche guests can enjoy a Iftar buffet and

Sohour until 01:00 am, either in The Cafe or the Ramadan Tent, where Shisha is served in 6

different flavors.

The lavish Iftar buffet at The Café features traditional Arabic hot and cold mezzeh, International comfort food and desserts.

The offer is available until the 18th of August 2012, from sundown to 10:00pm and is

priced at AED160++ per person, including soft drinks

Sohour, serving authentic a la carte dishes at The Cafe is available daily after Iftar until 1.00 am and cover

charge is priced at AED60++ per person.

The Good: the service staff might need a bit of training in regards of food knowledge, but they are very humble and eager to

go the extra mile, seeing the guests leaving their restaurant happy.

The food is amazing and the view over Saadiyat Island is honestly unique and breathtaking.

The Bad: I honestly recommend to have Iftar in the restaurant, The Cafe itself and not go to dine in the Ramadan Tent itself.

Knowing how Ramadan tents in this religions could look like, for a Park Hyatt this tent looks cheap and does not reach up to the

standards known in Dubai, neither compared to other five star properties.

Its a bit of a shame for such a nice hotel and luxury brand but the nice location and constantly smiling service staff makes up for it.

Ramadan Kareem and all the best,

SEB
